In-Store Pick Up Information
When will my online order be ready if I choose to pick it up in one of your stores?
Most online orders are ready for pick up in 1-2 business days. If you selected to have your order picked up at the Layton store, then it is typically 2-3 business days because all online orders are first processed at our Orem location. If you need to pick up your online order the same day you placed it, please call us (1-800-564-4311) to ensure that it is ready by the time you need it.
Shipping Information
How does your shipping work?
Orders up to $100 will be charged $8; Orders from $100-$300 will be charged $12; Orders over $300 will be charged $15. MTC deliveries are still free! Shipping for 2-Year Guarantee replacement items is $8 (because of duties, we can only ship replacement items to the United States where they can then be forwarded on to foreign missionaries if needed).

MTC Shipments
We deliver to the MTC free of charge each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at about noon except for holidays or days that the MTC mailroom is closed.
To ship an order to the MTC, just make sure that you have the MTC address of your missionary entered into the shipping information on the check out page.
Adding an Address to your Address Book
Sometimes you have an address that you want to save so you don't have to look it up each time (like an MTC, Mission Home, or Mission Apartment address). You can save that address by clicking on your name or the "Your Account / Track Orders" link in the upper right hand corner of the page. Then select "Change" on "My Primary Shipping Address" and you may add the address to your address book there. You can have as many memorized addresses as you like.
International and Non-Continental US Shipments:
For now, there are no extra shipping charges to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and US Guam but rates may change in the near future. Shipments to these locations can also take up to 3 weeks.
International Shipping
Because of duty rates for the recipient, international shipping is not available. For example, if we ship internationally, we have to enclose a commercial invoice and then the recipient is charged a duty before he can get the package that sometimes exceeds the value of the package.
If a private party ships the item, the recipient is only charged duties on the declared value of the package. Some parents remove all new tags from an item then wash it once or get it a little dirty or scuffed. Then they send the package as "used religious clothing" and a very low value of a few dollars. Not only does this make the item less likely to get stolen, it also makes it easier to get out of customs without paying a lot of import duties.
