2-Year WearProof Guarantee

 


The guarantee benefits you in three ways. 

  1. Our product line has been refined by this guarantee.  If we see that something is not lasting, we stop selling it!  Everything you buy from MissionaryMall has been tested by real missionaries.  If it fails, we get it back and then fix the product or find another supplier for future missionaries.  We don't just offer theories on what we think will last, we put our money where our mouth is.  We are on the line for items that don't last!

  2. You are covered!  If you wear out any item covered by the guarantee, send it back and we'll replace it.  If it is too difficult to send back, just send a picture of worn out items in place of the item itself. Our prices are already the lowest around, but the guarantee means that you will never have to "re-buy" mission gear, saving you hundreds of dollars on your mission as well!!!


How to use the guarantee:

If you purchase anything* from us and it wears out during the course of normal missionary service, send it to:

  • Once we get the worn out item or picture, we will replace it and pay to have it mailed to you or your family anywhere in the continental USA. Why can't we ship internationally?  We don't ship internationally because the receiving missionary incurs tariffs which sometimes equal or are greater than the value of the items being shipped. Items shipped to the US and then shipped internationally by family members can be washed or unpacked and then declared to have little or no value as used clothing or accessories.

  • Replacement items are subject to shipping times of 2-3 weeks.  If there is a backorder or if we not longer sell the item, you will be contacted to select a new item or wait.

  • Please include your name and the US address you would like the new items sent to.  If serving abroad, please make sure that the US receiver is aware that they will be receiving replacement clothing for you and will need to send it to you in the field, preferably washed and marked on the customs slip as "used clothing with no value."

  • Although not required, you may also send any funny pictures or stories explaining the demise of the garment for use on our website along with suggestions of how to improve the garment to increase durability.

*This warranty covers everything we sell except Lennox suits (it does cover our MissionaryMall Suit and everything else we sell).


Additional Guidlines.
Although we are very flexible and lenient, the following list applies:
  1. To use the guarantee you must be able to receive the replacement items while currently serving as a full time missionary and living in the mission field.  (You can't send us all of your clothing right before you come home and have a totally new wardrobe). 

  2. Worn out items must be received by MissionaryMall within 2 years (24 months) of purchase.

  3. To be worn out, the clothing must have holes in it, or the accessory must no longer function.  The guarantee does not apply to mutilated, burned, or otherwise ceremoniously sacrificed clothing or accessories.  In other words, you can't hit hump day, burn your suit, and send it back. 

  4. The WearProof Guarantee applies only to items worn out in normal missionary service as defined in the Missionary Handbook.  The guarantee doesn't include damage caused by goofing off, non-tracting related basketball games, mountain climbing on P-day, skateboarding, fence climbing, pole vaulting, fighting/wrestling with your companion, etc. etc. It does cover worn clothing and accessories caused by good hard missionary service. We will trust you on this one.

  5. For missionaries sending pictures: If possible, we would really appreciate it if you would also return the item to us after your mission service so we can send it to our manufacturers for improvement.
