The Edwards work suit is designed to last where other suits fail so it will look great throughout your mission.
We offer suit separates so you can choose how many pairs of pants you need, and if you need additional pants, you can order those later. Separates also make it easy to buy a suit that fits if you wear a different pant size.
A wool suit, most poly/rayon suits, or a cheaper poly/wool suit will look good for a few months—until the internal structure of the suit wears out and the suit begins to sag or wrinkle.
55% polyester, 45% wool
3 ply fabric (instead of 2 ply) prevents wear out
Lock-stitched buttons made with thicker “bowling ball” material
Heavy-duty polyester/cotton pockets
Added stitching in stress areas
Dry clean only
Alterations: Our jackets come unaltered. You can choose to alter them on your own or with the full-service alterations departments at our Orem location.
Sizing: The jackets are standard size. When measuring, you can go to a local tuxedo shop and get measured, or you can measure yourself with a fabric measuring tape. If you decide to take your own measurements, these hints should help you get the right fit.
Measure around your chest only (arms up, just around the thickest part of your chest). This should be fairly close to your jacket size.
Measure around your chest and arms (arms down-- measure around the whole chest and arms). This number minus seven should be fairly close to the jacket size.
Take your waist measurement and add 7. That should also be about the jacket size.
To be safe, order the largest of the three numbers above.
5'5" to 5'7" is a short, 5'8" to 5'11" is a regular, 6' to 6'3" is a long, and 6'4" and above is an Extra long.
