Items can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase, as long as they are in the original packaging with tags, and provided that the items are in new, resalable condition (not washed or worn).

Shoes can be returned or exchanged within 30 days as long as they have not been worn outside and are in the original packaging.

After 30 days, items may only be returned for in-store credit. After 90 days, all sales are final.

All clearance items are final sale.

All altered items are final sale.

If you are mailing your items back to us, please include a note describing the reason of the return as well as the desired outcome for the returned order or product (return, exchange, in-store credit). We don’t store credit card information in our database so if a refund is needed on a credit card please include sufficient contact information so we can promptly refund your order.
